Whale....Oh Yeah Right

So did you all hear about that "whale" that killed the trainer yesterday? Well that wasn't no whale. That was me training for the triathlon swim. Someone got up in my business and I ran em over. Got it you fools!

Let that be a lesson to you LawDog. Get up out my face in that water LawDog!

Depressed at the Barn

Tonight the Gophers play the Badgers at Williams Arena. This is usually a game I’m beyond excited for. Well, not this year. The Gophers season has been abysmal. I’ve offered my tickets up for FREE at times to spare myself the agony.

Wetsuits $99

Fellow Team 545 Triathletes -

I thought I'd post a link to this deal on Xterra "Volt" Wetsuits. I bought similar suit online from Xterra about a month ago. I was a little skeptical because it was such a great deal at $99 but was very impressed when it showed up. Looks and feels much better than the one I rented for $40 last year.

I highly recommend grabbing one of these while you can.

Happy Friday!

North Korea is Messed up. Big Time.

Inside North Korea:

Who the Vikes should draft....

Tony Pike

School: Cincinnati Ht/Wt: 6'6/212 Outlook: Pike will begin his career as a backup, giving him time to fill out physically. He offers starting-caliber tools, prototypical height, and naturally sound decision making. But Pike is an obvious work in progress with lots of kinks coming from Kelly's spread. He projects as a late third- to fourth-round pick with the chance at a long career as an eventual starter or quality No. 2.

Awwwwwwwwww. Happy V-Day

Wow Seantrel...Just Wow

"After returning to Minneapolis on Sunday, Henderson and his family took one last unofficial visit to Minnesota, which is about a 10-minute drive from his father's house. Inside the club area at T.C.F. Bank Stadium, the Gophers had an aisle set up for him to walk down with 10 poster boards on each side showing different displays. One of them showed a group of children wearing No. 77 Minnesota jerseys, Henderson's high school number, and holding up a sign that read, "We love you, Seantrel."

Frog...

I like this little frog. That's it....I just like it.

Hey, U of M, Stand Up and Fight

We are currently suffering through a terrible Gophers winter hockey and hoops season. The least the U could do is stand up and fight for beer at these events! Get it done.

Yes Please Francisco

How awesome would it be if Francisco is back to top form? Please, please, please.

"
(I'm) physically and mentally ready to go.'

Liriano reported that his fastball consistently hit 95-96 miles per hour this winter and that he located that pitch as well, something that's troubled him since his return from surgery. His slider, he said, regained its previously menacing form. Backing up the pitcher's assertions are his results — over seven postseason starts, Liriano struck out 47 batters in 37 innings.

'All the reports are that he's really, really throwing the ball
